Wellmatched is a personal matchmaking service. Everything you share with us is used for one purpose: helping you find a genuinely compatible partner. We treat your information with the same discretion we'd want for ourselves.
Wellmatched is a personal matchmaking service operated by Dan Zidell ("Wellmatched," "we," "us," or "our"), based in Dallas, Texas.
When you apply or complete our compatibility assessment, we collect information you provide directly:
We do not collect payment information, social media accounts, or any data beyond what you voluntarily provide through our application and assessment forms.
Your information is used solely to operate the matchmaking process:
Your data is never used for advertising, marketing to third parties, or any purpose unrelated to finding you a match.
Your information is seen by Dan Zidell, the matchmaker, and no one else. We do not sell, rent, share, or disclose your personal information to any third parties.
When an introduction is made, only relevant, mutually agreed-upon information is shared between the two parties — never your full profile or assessment data.
Your information is stored securely in Supabase, a cloud database platform with encryption at rest and in transit. Access to your data is restricted and protected by secure credentials.
No system is perfectly immune to risk, but we take reasonable and appropriate measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss.
We retain your information for as long as you are an active member of our service, or as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy.
If you request deletion of your data, we will remove it from our systems within 30 days. Some residual data may remain in secure backups for a short period before being purged.
